Some parts shine, others fall flat
The location on Brickell Key offers amazing views , and the room was spacious and well-furnished. Staff were generally attentive.
While the hotel looked beautiful, I found the dining options lacking and the pool service disappointingly slow, detracting from the overall luxury experience we expected.

The Mandarin Oriental, Miami is exquisite. The room featured an airy layout with a spacious living area and fine views, made every morning a delight. The plush bed and luxurious amenities, like the marble shower and bath, contributed to a relaxing stay. The staff were great. The beach area offered a lovely spot to unwind, and the food was delicious, especially the evening snacks at the bar.
The pool area was a bit chaotic and had some service delays.

nice little sandy beach area
nice terrace with the room, but dirty... the two restaurants were not of the quality expected for a Mandarin Oriental

Oh, honey! The steaks at MO Bar & Lounge were succulent. They took me on a culinary journey! Also. Plus, those fine views from my balcony-just wow 🌴
But let's keep it real-I was a bit let down. Breakfast was extra, which didn't sit right with me, and the gym vibes felt more basic than I expected. It was nice, but not quite the Mandarin charm I had in mind.

This was just a prime choice for a weekend trip in Miami with best value. The staff treated me like royalty, a pleasant surprise. Definitely grab a lounger at the beach early to avoid the crowd.

A great view of the bay and downtown Brickell. Staff was great and dining options are great. Dinner at Cafe Sambal was great and we'll definitely go back for the sea bass.
Only missing part was access to the Atlantic Ocean.

We were impressed by the service, which is really outstanding. The beach island is really nice, it's a pitty there is no entrance in water. The view is great.
The food was average. We had few dinners at the hotel and it was quite expensive, but so-so.
